Strauss is building its own resort for apprentices and students. Get your own suite now. How about a shared student, loft-style flat, nestled in the midst of lush greenery? We can make that happen: at the company's new site, Alea Resort, just a few minutes' drive from the Strauss headquarters.
The new resort by the park has everything you need: flat area, friendly flatmates and a gym. Leisure activities included: Yoga and jogging in the park, sports classes after work, a game of tennis, or a delicious crema with colleagues at the student café, Botanica. We have catered everything toward finding the perfect work-life balance. Strauss believes in community, and you will live next door to your colleagues in Workwear Valley!
Since the summer of 2024, Strauss has been supporting its young talents with the residential scholarship to help them start their careers. Many of the students are not from the local area or the Main-Kinzig district and travel a long way to the Strauss site. They can apply for a place at the shared student accommodation complex alongside starting their apprenticeship or dual studies.
The individual flats at the accommodation complex will be allocated for a specific period of time after careful evaluation of the application documents. All dedicated young Strauss employees and those who aspire to become one have the opportunity to secure a place.
